In this report we will present and discuss the methods, facility and results astrophotometrical and astrometrical observations of a high-apogees artificial spacecrafts at Sayan mounting observatory (operated by the ISTP SB RAS). The observations started from the second half of the 20-th century and have been continued up to the present time. The observations facility used in the of the high-apogees artificial satellites observations are three automated telescope with diameters 0.5, 0.6 and 1.7 meters and equipment for astrometrical and astrophotometrical measurements in visual and infrared bands. As far as an astrometrical measurements, measurements of position of the satellite concerning to stars in a field of view we shall discuss sufficiency of the achieved accuracy of measurements for definition of the current orbits and its evolution under action of various factors of the space environments and spacecrafts design.

The astrophotometrical data are light curves of a spacecrafts recorded by a broad band astrophotometers with high temporal resolution. Description and systematization of observational data has been made. The interpretation of the obtained light curves must be performed using a mathematical modeling of surface geometry and optical parameters of the satellites. The analysis of results of the dynamic phenomena during rotation uncontrolled geostationary satellites are considered. The opportunity of research of the spacecrafts technical condition and its launching facility is considered. Physical mechanisms of changes orbital and proper rotation motion parameters are discussed.
